Objective: to improve the adjustment of the sails and the trim of the boat, use of the gennaker.

Who it is for: adults of all ages who have attended course 2.

Boat: cabin cruiser

Cost: € 248.00 including membership fee and insurance


Topics: mast adjustment, fine adjustment of the sails, boat trim, hoisted and lowered, driving with gennaker, crew positions and movements, tacking and downing techniques.


How: theory, analysis of the weather situation, objectives and exercises of the day, going out to sea.

Each student has the opportunity to cover all the roles on board: from the helm to the bow.
During the navigation exercises aimed at consolidating the objectives of the course will be carried out.

The day ends with a final de-briefing.
Packed lunch.
Overnight on board is available at the price of Euro 20.00 per night: a sheet and a towel are provided.
Sleeping bags are recommended.
Clothing: sneakers with white (or in any case clear) soles, comfortable and suitable clothing for the season, full wax (if possible) or windproof jacket, sunglasses. Each student is allowed to bring only a soft bag of limited size and weight on board.
